Family house with an establishment

It is a detached newly built family house with an overpass in the city part of Brno, Brno Bystrc. The object is designed for housing a family of four and private operation of the beauty and hairdressing salon. The residential part is partly underground and there are also two above-ground floors. The operation consists of only one storey; Both parts are interconnected. The vertical load-bearing walls in the above-ground part are made of sandwich construction from the German manufacturer KS Kalksandstein, the base part is made of deburring fittings. Both parts are covered with a flat roof. Both floors of the residential area are made of horizontal sun breaker with distinctive slums, the sunny south facade is complemented by two small pergolas with solid lamellae. Architecturally, the exterior façade, and thus the combination of white, gray and natural brown, as well as a combination of different materials, is of interest.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design and elaboration of documentation for realization of a family house with the operation of a hairdresser. The building is situated in the southern part of Brno - Jehnice. The family house is designed for permanent housing of a four-member family and the operating part of a hairdresser for one working person. The family house is designed as a two-storey, partly basement with a separate entrance to the hairdresser at the level of the first floor. The perimeter walls of the building are made of ground thermal insulation bricks Porotherm. In the basement, the perimeter walls are made of concrete hollow blocks filled with concrete. In the building are designed ceiling structures semi-assembled or reinforced concrete monolithic. The family house is divided into a single-storeyed roof covered with a vegetation roof with access from the second above-ground floor and a single-skin flat roof with a classical layer order above the second aboveground floor. The project documentation is elaborated according to the Decree no. 499/2006 Coll. The project documentation includes the development of building physics and fire safety documentation.
